Ready for more
If you have already completed an apprenticeship, further training is not only worthwhile financially – it also opens up new fields of work and areas of responsibility. For example, promotional training leading to a qualification as a business management or business administration specialist offers people the opportunity to take on leadership roles and management tasks.
So-called refresher courses, meanwhile, help to update professional knowledge and keep it in line with changing standards (for medical professionals, for example).
